Tap a die to change its number, or tap it until it is empty to take it away. The best keep is the set-aside worth the most points from this throw.
How the scoring works
A 1 is worth 100 and a 5 is worth 50. Three of a kind scores 100 times the number, or 1,000 for three 1s, and every extra die of the set adds that score again. A straight or three pairs scores 1,500, and two triplets score 2,500. The full table is on the Farkle scoring chart.
Taking the most points is not always the best play. Setting aside fewer dice leaves more to throw, and the odds and strategy page shows when that pays and when banking beats another throw.
